Transforming Communities in Schools…

What We Do

Restorative Justice in schools is a philosophy, set of principles and practices that help adults and young people in schools to both understand and respond to conflict.   Restorative practices have successfully strengthened communities in schools, taught adults and students to take responsibility, changed classroom dynamics and improved school safety.

Restorative Justice Training Institute offers planning, training, coaching, curriculum development, research and evaluation for schools and organizations working with youth.
